Refreshing brand and elevating customer engagement
When I met the team at Perfect Event, they were looking to refresh their brand and website. I took on the role of project manager and design lead with the aim of creating a brand experience that would work across all channels and designing an engaging user interface that would appeal to their target audience and drive conversions.
Through strategic workshops and planning sessions in Figma, we crafted a new design for the website and got it up and running on Webflow with a Zapier integration for email automation and lead generation. The new brand presence and user-friendly website have led to increased visibility and improved customer engagement, with smoother onboarding for new clients.
